CANADA JOB READINESS PROGRAM

Professionals trained in “In-Demand Occupations” in Canada are welcome to take advantage of this program.
STAGE 01

The candidate submits their Curriculum Vitae / Resume for review and consideration

STAGE 02

Once the candidate is eligible, the candidate is notified and sent a copy of the service agreement
Candidate is to pay the processing fees for PENG Certificate program, Read seal, and To Toronto Inc Employment Readiness program

STAGE 03

Employment readiness program includes the following components:
Resume writing and cover letter support by a professional resume writer
Interview preparation for virtual/online interviews. Support with LinkedIn profile update and boost as per the Canadian expectations.

STAGE 04

Upon completing the service agreement To Toronto Inc team to conduct the following:
Start the applicantś certification preparation.
Submit the applicantś documentation to the provincial authority for the letter of qualification

STAGE 05

To Toronto Inc Job Match Team initiates the process of employer introductions and guides the candidates through the hiring process

STAGE 06

RCIC provides required immigration services and To Toronto Inc provides the Canada integration plan and consultation services


Integration plan

  • Full evaluation of the candidate and family member’s relocation needs
  • Consultation for each relocating person
  • Presenting time frames to prepare for relocation
  • List documents and records required based on one on one consultation
  • Confirming that supporting documents are in order and as per Canadian expectations (translations and formats etc.)
  • Providing transferee a needs assessment questionnaire and ensuring that all requirements and wants are finalized
  • Scheduling all destination services according to law and schedule (all government services and documents, orientation, housing, schooling as per itinerary confirmed)
