CANADA JOB READINESS PROGRAM

Professionals trained in “In-Demand Occupations” in Canada are welcome to take advantage of this program.
STAGE 01

Interested candidates can submit their CV / Resume & our team will screen candidates based on their profile and prospects

STAGE 02

If our team finds the candidate’s profile potential, the candidate is notified and directed to our Job Readiness Program Portal where they can find all the necessary information regarding the program and sign up for our services

STAGE 03

Upon Sign-up, The Job readiness program (JRP) commences & includes the following components:
• Canadian style Resume creation and Cover Letter Support by a Professional Recruitment expert
• Interview preparation for virtual/online interviews
• Support with LinkedIn profile updates and boost as per the Canadian expectations
• Custom Value-Added services will also be provided during this phase

STAGE 04

Our team will also be doing One-on-One Zoom sessions:
• To align with Candidates previous work experiences and qualifications and derive on Job Titles for Key Word search based on that to help our search team to apply for jobs on behalf of the candidates
• To Coach candidates on Interview Preps and Hacks to win interviews with Canadian Employers if they get shortlisted

STAGE 05

Upon identifying Key Words for Job Search, our team will start Job Matching and Job Application process for the Candidates:
• To Toronto Inc team will apply for at least 50 eligible jobs based on the identified Job Titles & Key Words
• Our team will only apply for Jobs based inside Canada
• We will screen multiple Canadian Job boards & portals to make sure the postings are not limited to “Canadian Citizens/Permanent Residents.”
• This will ensure we are knocking the right doors, and our candidates stand a chance to crack an interview if their skill sets are viewed positively by Canadian employers

STAGE 06

To Toronto Inc will further help candidates who manages to get an offer letter by supporting their Immigration needs:
• To Toronto Inc has a team of licenced RCICs who can legally represent our candidates whether its LMIA application with the ESDC (Employment & Social Development Canada) which is a federal body governing Labor Market Impact Assessment applications
• Positive LMIA decisions will lead to Work Permit applications which will be represented by our RCICs
